Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15t-ed100 CTO

My convertible laptop has a broken hinge making it not open or close without pulling the screen glass out of place. This wasn't a heavily used or transported laptop, so very odd that is suddently broke. It is only 2 years old. Not sure how to go about repairing.
