I'm at wits end, I can't get dvd's to play, in the device manager under dvd/cd rom drives - hp-DVDRM DU8AESH: it states it's working properly.  A HP Notebook with Windows 10 (64Bit) OS what can I do? HELP?

Hi:

W10 does not have built in DVD playing software.

If your notebook came from HP with a DVD drive, it should have come with the Cyberlink DVD playing software.

I recommend that you see if the software is available for download on your specific model notebook's support page.

You can also use the free VLC media player which you can get from the Microsoft Store.
