Product: Elitebook 850 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The face login in stopped working a little while ago which i put down to very bright backlighting at my desk.  I've tried to turn on the camera for video conferencing on Teams and all i get is a black screen.  I've updated the drivers and run the diagnostics but still the problem is there.  I tried to update my face for the login and the screen shows a black & red pixelated screen only.

 

Any Ideas as i only bought the laptop in May this year
