Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a button to turn the camera off, but I can't turn it on, the red light is on the button and the camera is switched off permanently. I have tried all sorts to fix it, but it won't turn on. Thanks for any help.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
