Product: HP EliteBook x360 1040 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
After the HP Assistant installed updates, including an HP Universal Camera Driver, the Camera is not working. Not noticed immediately on restart, as the facial recognition couldn't initialize the camera (either HD camera, IR camera or both).
I checked the HD camera and IR camera drivers in device manager, but there isn't a driver to roll back to, and it says both devices are working.
HP Assistant installed these;
Should I just return to the restore point created during the installation?
Thanks for your help.
