There is no web cam found in the system

It works couple of months ago, but now doesn't presented in device manager at all.

When I launched the HP Windows hardware assistant - check components, I got two devices in the WEB camera section - the HP479 printers installed in the system (why they are in the camera section is a big mystery)

When I try to turn on the face recognition in Windows Hello, the system write

Something went wrong, couldn't detect the cam
