HP Recommended

Hi, I just got a hp Pro notebook and I noticed two issues, camera is inverted and although I can hear people during meetings, no one can hear me. 

For the camera, I have gone to camera settings and cannot find any mirror or flip camera option.

I have tried everything for people to hear me, microphone is on but yet it's not working. 

Any advice would be appreciated
