Can my laptop Hp pavilion gaming 15-ec1024ax support 144hz monitor if it does so what cable I used to connect external monitor

No, your machine only has one HDMI port which supports HDCP 2.2 up to 4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz. You may be able to get FHD external monitor with 120Hz
