Product: HP Notebook 15 Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Recently, my computer back cover has cracked and it damages the screen when I open and close the computer. It's gotten so bad to the point where on half of the screen its white with vertical color lines and black spot which looked like ink smeared from the inside.

As this is a hardware issue with the Notebook, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
