Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17m-ch0000 (23T02AV)

I turned off Hardware Accelerated GPU and the option to turn it back on completely disappeared. I had to Windows 11 reinstalled on my laptop two months ago and I think they installed the wrong driver. Anyhow, I have an Intel Iris XE Graphics driver now and I can't find any way to create the option to enable HAG. Now whenever I use anything w/3D graphics, like Google Earth, it doesn't work smoothly as it used. to.
