Z BOOK 15 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I changed my Z BOOK G4 for a new Z BOOK G5, I used to utilize a USB C to HDMI Adapter to connect a second monitor, the first monitor connected directed from the HDMI to HDMI port and the second using one of the USBc ports and an adapter to HDMI.

Surprisingly, the adapter is no longer working in the G5, it still works on the G4 Zbook.

I´ve update all drivers, BIOS, TB3 firmware and the problem persists, in Addition is appearing a message when tryinbg to update de TB3 firmware, here the message " Failed to detect Thunderbolt Driver version"

Someone had got this problem before.

I was able to connect my second monitor using a USB C to HDMI adapter, but everytime I restart the system it´s necessary to set the BIOS up again.

Does Anyone know if there is some entry within the BIOS to setup initial parameters after each restart?
