HP ENVY Notebook 17t-u000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP ENVY Notebook 17t-u000 CTO that i just plugged into a docking port so I could hook it up to my HP ENVY 34 34-inch Display. I need to adjust the Display resolution to 3440 x 1440 @ 60 Hz but When i look in the display settings the largest option it will give me is 1920 x 1080. I have installed all of the drivers that came with the new monitor. How do i get my laptop to let me adjust it to this new resolution?

Does your notebook have docking port ? What docking station do you have ? Your machine has  HDMI v1.4 supporting up to 1920×1080 @ 60 Hz

I am not sure what a docking port looks like so I dont know. The docking station i am using is a Tagrus  Display Link DOCK121. It is what HP told me i needed for a compatable docking station with this laptop.
