Product: HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D126AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The caps lock, b and n keys on my HP Laptop PC14-d2000 have stopped working. I can't even log in to it right now, I will have to change my password. I saw another thread on this same issue which suggested pressing esacape on start up, this brings up a menu and F2 needs to be selected but the F buttons don't work when I do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
