I just purchased this model, HP 15t Touch with Intel i7. It has an HD SVA WLED-backlit touch screen. It's 1366x768 resolution is not very attractive. Is there any way I can upgrade it to a 1920x1080 display officially, without voiding the warranty?
It has Intel UHD 620 Integrated Graphics. So would upgrading the video card help in any way?

Hi,
It is not possible to upgrade graphics "card", as the graphics isintegrated on the motherboard and is not upgradeable.
You will not be able to upgrade the screen under warranty.
You might be able to upgrade the screen, however you will need to provide the exact model or product number so that we can take a look at the notebook. Here is link to HP support page showing how to find it:

Hi,
If you look on page 23 of service manual you can see the various display panels compatible with your product. If you replaced with one of the FHD panels it will no longer be touch screen. You will also need to replace the display cable.
The parts are not yet available in HP parts store. So either you will need to search online with part numbers or wait.
Starting page 62 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the panel:

Maybe you should wait until the warranty expires (the parts will probably be more available)
Hope it helps,
David

Also, could you suggest me a way to get through to the customer service. I've ordered the laptop, but I haven't received it yet. So I don't know the serial number. And everything on the website only works if I put in the serial number.
It is horrible that it's so difficult to get through to an actual agent.
