Product: Hp chromebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I tap on my keyboard, different letters are coming up when I type A g comes up, plus I dont know which button is caps lock even if I press shift it doesn't tell me if it is capitals my chromebook model is

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- First turn off your Chromebook completely.
- Next, hold down the Refresh
key and then press and hold the Power button. Hold both down for 10 seconds.
- Release the Refresh key and then the Power button and your Chromebook will restart. If it doesn't start, press Power again.
