HP Chromebook x360 - 11-ae120nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased this chromebook from Walmart online. After three weeks certain keys on the keyboard stopped working. The HP customer support has been totally unhelpful. It says I have 11 months left on the warranty but that HP doesn't service it. So I tried their tech partner near me who said the same thing. I can't find a phone number or any way to contact HP. What the heck am I supposed to do?

@Wes12

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues getting service for your Chromebook.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

There are certain HP Chromebooks for which the warranty support is provided by Google and not HP and it may be the case for your computer. I recommend you contact Google and check once.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊
