Chtěl bych se zeptat, nefunguje mi dotyková obrazovka. Díval jsem se do ovladačů a zřejmě mi chybí i ovladač, kde ho mám stáhnout? Děkuji

But I still can't find a driver to turn on the touch screen.

The second driver I gave you was right from your PC's support page, under the Software - Multimedia section.

If you see a device in the device manager with a little ! mark next to it and that is the touchscreen device that needs a driver, see if this works.

 

Click on that device.  Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.  Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the second file.

 

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp54259.

 

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.

 

The touchscreen device has one of these hardware ID's that are included in the driver setup information file that I zipped up and attached below.

 

Unfortunately, that would be all the help that I can give you regarding this problem.

Somehow, I do not know exactly what to do. I don't see the touch screen driver at all. And I only see the SP110363 and sp 111562 folders on my computer. And the only thing I can download from that folder is the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic.
