Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have an issue with the portable screen described in the subject above. After inserting the connecting my screen to my laptop, I get a direct notification that the connection might be limited with suggestions on how to solve it at the HP homepage. The screen doesn't work with my HP with USB-C only.

I have read at this forum that the USB-C at HP computers might often have problems with being used for portable screens, which I guess, is also my problem because updates and installation of drivers didn't change anything. I wonder if it could be solved by connecting the PC with the screen with an HDMI/USB-C cable. Could it be a solution, or should I send the screen back to HP and search for another option?

Thank you for a quick answer.

Jakub
