Welcome to the HP support community.

Here is the part number of the active stylus pen supported by your printer.

Stylus, active pen ------ 910942-001

Refer page no.23 in this service guide for more assistance:- Click here

I hope that helps.

Hi,

Thanks for answering. I can't find anything related to that P/N on the HP website or retailers. Isn't the 1MR94AA compatible? Since it's the only one on the online store marked for the Pavilion.

Thanks!

Only the part no. which I mentioned is supported.

Anything else, may or may not work.

However, you can try at your own discretion.

I hope that helps.

Hi,

I understand. What I don't understand is why that P/N won't show up anywhere on the HP website. This laptop was released not even a year ago, has support been closed already? Where can I buy it? Maybe HP doesn't want my money. This is why people switch to Apple and such...

Thnaks you.

Apologies for jumping in unannounced.

@Makaveli8

The HP Pen may no longer be available - not sure about your region, of course.

Your notebook also supports:

2MY21AA  HP Tilt Pen

This pen is available from the HP Store (at least in my region) and it shows up in the  HP Parts Store, too.

Example - HP Store

HP Computer Store / Laptop Store | HP® Official Store

https://store.hp.com/us/en

  • If necessary, scroll down and click to change the Flag / country
  • Contact phone numbers are usually at the top of the page
  • Some regions also provide the Chat Option.
