Compatible between Thunderbolt 120W G2 Dock & 2 in 1 HP Spectre x360 - 13t

HP Spectre x360 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Need to know if the HP Spectre x360 13t vs HP Thunderbolt 120W G2 are compatible. Was told it is but another tech say no.

Ive tried via connection with several USB devices and seems to work. Now want to add to external DVI based monitors via the Docks two DisplayPort interfaces, This will require the necessary DisplayPort to DVI adaptors. The question I have is do I need the passive vs active adaptor types adaptors. Or could I simply use the active types even if passive can be used

Your machine is NOT on the list of compatible products, only:

Compatible with HP Elite x2 1012 G1; HP Elite x2 1012 G2; HP Pro x2 612 G2; HP EliteBook Folio G1; HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2; HP EliteBook x360 1020 G2; HP EliteBook 1040 G4; HP EliteBook 800 G5; HP EliteBook 700 G5; HP ProBook 600 G4; HP ProBook 400 G5; ZBook 14u G5; ZBook 15u G5

Its specs
