Product: WE847AV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When i install new OS, everything is normal. but when i upgrade my video driver, latop will shutdown. I can restart with safe mode. but hardly start normaly. it happen when i played game with fullscreen mode, windows  mode is OK

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Is there any specific reason for updating the graphics card driver? as usually such updates are only done when you have an existing issue that needs to be fixed?

 

Meanwhile:

Create a new user account and check if that works

Follow the steps mentioned under "Creating a new account" in this HP document:- Click here
