Connecting dual external monitors

I want to connect dual external monitors to my HP Pavilion - 15-cs3063cl.  I bought a USB-C docking station only to realize that the USB and USB-C ports on my laptop are "Data transfer only".  When attached via the docking station, the laptop does not recognize the external monitors (2 x Dell P2219H).

This model HP Pavilion has the following external ports:  1 HDMI 1.4b; 1 headphone/microphone combo; 1 RJ-45; 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Data transfer only); 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate); 1 AC smart pin. 

If I understand the specs correctly, it appears the only port available for an external monitor is the one HDMI port and therefore only one external monitor can be connected?  I hope that I am wrong. 

If anyone has a solution for this model with USB/USB-C ports limited to Data transfer only, I'd be extremely grateful!

You are not wrong. If you wish to have 2 or more external monitors (and notebook monitor - total 3), please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few USB-A DisplayLink Certified options on market today including some HP products (you can select HP before Search)
