Hi! For some reason, when I connect my laptop to my TV via HDMI cable, the image quality on the TV is terrible. The image is too long, badly pixelated and completely unreadable. The screen resolution for the second display is stuck on 640x480 and I cannot change it. Everything worked perfectly with my old laptop. I´m not sure what to do.

I understand that you are getting bad image quality while connecting TV via HDMI cable.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Have you tried with a different HDMI cable?
