Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
Today I got my new HP ZBook 17 G6.
It came with a thunderbolt G2 that provides:
1. combo cable (power + USB-C 3)
2. two DP slots

I connected the combo cable to the laptop and the two DP slots of the thunderbolt device to the external two hp monitors.
Unfortunately, only one of them works. The other was not detected by the system.

I tried to update the drivers, restart many times, changed cables. Nothing worked!
The best I could have is the laptop screen on + one of the external monitors on.

Any ideas on how can I resolve this issue?
