Hello, someone knows the most economical way to replace my computer screen from manufacture? Is an HP Envy 360 13-y when I called customer services the first time the agent was charging me $399.00 plus tax. A week later the agent offered me $600.00. Are they want to keep the customer or want us to run away with their extremely price! If I can not be afforded $399 what makes them think I am willing to pay more? This is a consumer abused. Nothing in this Planet should be so price since we get everything, recycles from the Planet. Any suggestion lower than $399 with a quality reasonable service? Thank you!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
