Cracked Screen Repair Delay

Product Name: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new laptop three months ago and noticed a crack when I recieved it, within the week I called HP Support and had it sent to a repair facility. The estimated delivery date was delayed a total of five times until I finally requested that the device be sent back to me after about a three month wait period. The repair method appeared to take a far too unreasonable amount of time and I was losing a lot of productivity during that period. Is there some other HP support method which is quicker where I could get a fully functioning device?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
