Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

What ways can I get the warranty to cover a broken screen?  I placed a pen and closed the laptop on it.  It works, but I do not have the touch screen on the left side of the computer screen.  I can see a crack spanning the height of the screen.

Did you pay to cover for accidental damages ? If NOT, you are on your-own.
