Hi,
I have a new computer (2 months old). Last Friday, crosses appeared on all images when online. This means that I don't see all images. Now, the issue has expended, and I can't see e-mails properly either. When trying to read and to respond to e-mails, the mails are hidden by white triangle shapes, which make it impossible to work with.
Can you please help?
Thanks

Hi Anso1,
Did you manage to get this sorted?
I have the same issue with a few of our laptops in the office.... and its affecting more than just the browser, but have managed to find a work around.
1) Make sure that ALL updates have been installed.
2) Search for update KB4517389 and UNINSTALL it.
3) Check for more updates (which will then reinstall the about update)
4) go to support and download and install the graphics driver for your product.
This is quite a lengthy process but it had worked in 4 cases so far.
Someone out there might have a better/quicker solution - but hope this helps!
Good Luck!
