Microsoft Windows 11

I spent over $3,500 in Sydney on the HP high end notebook Spectre 360 - System Model HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f2xxx - System SKU 97R97PA#ABG. It comes with 4K and touch screen, with Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1360P, 2200 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s).

Well, the HP notebook is pretty much not very useable, why? Because its cursor keeps moving itself all of sudden, during typing. So sometimes, it can wipe out most of the typing.

How come HP doesn't know how to make the keyboard typing working properly?

When I search in the HP community forum, I was shocked in seeing that this problem occurred back in 2019! And now we are on 28 May 2024, when typing this. Wow, at this line the cursor jumps again !! Backspace? it wipes out the whole sentense.

And, I also saw there are some "HP Support" jumping up and down asking to try make a reset of the settings and craps, but nothing works as you can see the problem remains after rounds and rounds or new product release, same craps.

So, I come to the conclusion that HP doesn't know how to make proper keyboard that is supposed to function to support basic typing.

No more HP notebook for the future.

As its keyboard typing is dead. This problem will continue and it can't be fixed.

Remember, in HP notebooku you can't type properly, because the cursor will jump and ensure you will get interrupted and even wipe out what you typed.
