(1) Did you use Windows 10 before and now you don't have a DVD drive in Windows 11 file explorer ?

 

(2) Check

- section <Check the CD/DVD drive name in Device Manager>

yes i had windows 10 then i upgraded to 11 then my pc started to go crazy every thing messing up not just the DVD ROM DRIVE.

(1) Please downgrade Windows 11 to Windows 10
