So well um I have a dark screen shadow at the bottom right of the laptop so I was putting down the chair which I had left me laptop on and when I was bring back down the chair the laptop slid through the small hole and when I turned on back the screen  I was really worried and saw this black dark shadow so can you guys please help me it will be much appreciated

I reviewed your post and I understand that there is a shadow at the bottom of the display on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

As you have mentioned that you dropped the laptop accidentally and based on your description it looks like an internal crack.

 

You can refer to the below article to confirm whether it is an internal crack or not.

Meanwhile, I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
