OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)

My laptop has a dedicated graphics card (Nvidia RTX 3060) and its not showing up in the settings>system>about but is showing in bios and device manager. I tried DDU and installing the latest Nvidia drivers and nothing has worked. I even tried disabling the integrated graphics of my Ryzen Processor and it still isn't showing up in settings. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I do not see my RTX-2070 there either.   I do not think that is a problem.

run msinfo at the administrator level to see all your stuff

Check and verify that hardware acceleration is enabled for your GPU.
