Die Fehlermeldung lautet:

Unbekanntes USB-Gerät (Fehler beim Anfordern einer Gerätebeschreibung.) USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\7&E5C0D07&0&1 43
1. Bios wurde aktualisiert
2. Das USB-Gerät im Gerätemanager gelöscht und neu installiert

3. der Treiber lässt sich nicht aktualisieren - angeblich habe ich den neuesten Treiber
