HP Stream Laptop 14-cb1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have looked everywhere and can not find out how to disable pinch zoom on my laptop. Mouse properties shows no ELAN tab, nor does the mouse settings in window 10 have any options to disable pinch zoom. The only setting in windows 10 I have is Taps, where I can change the Touchpad sensitivity. I have updated the drivers of the ELAN touchpad to the latest drivers available on the support.hp.com website. Please help.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. Click on start and then click on settings.
  2. Go to devices.
  3. On the left panel click touchpad.
  4. Then uncheck pinch to zoom option.

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04648748 to know more about using the TouchPad or Clicked.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
