I cannot disable touchpad zoom on my touchpad and it is very very VERY inconvenient. Basically renders the touchpad useless. Also, at times my mouse jumps around on the screen on its own and simply clicks on things. For the touchpad, I have scoured the settings for clickpad and mouse and no additional settings to turn off touch to zoom are available, and thus I believe they do not exist for this model of laptop - looking online, others with this laptop have the same issue. PLEASE let me know anything possible to fix, or else this laptop is unusable.

@Maggie93

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to disable the touchpad zoom feature.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

If the checkbox next to Pinch Zoom does not contain a check mark that means that the pinch to zoom feature is disabled.

Pinch Zoom on the properties page

Clicking the Settings icon  opens a window that allows you to control response to pinch zooming.
