Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Display Brightness keys f2 and f3 on my HP Envy i7 bought last week does not work. Keys don't let me change screen brightness.

I understand that notebook has an issue with the function keys that are not working.

 

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document to fix:- Keyboard Troubleshooting 

 

Update the BIOS  And Windows update.
