Elitebook 840 G5

Hi, I have recently was switched to an Elitebook 840 G5 and need to grab some adapters to remain flexible in terms of connecting to external displays, etc. I can't seem to find any concrete information that states whether the USB C port (Thunderbolt) allows for display information to be sent through it. Does it have  DisplayPort Alternate Mode?

Beyond that, the laptop only has a single HDMI port so it seems very lacking in flexibility in display connections. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated or reccomendations for adapters would be as well.

Thanks!

Appreciate the table, I've seen that. However, that is specific to docking stations and my question is regarding adapters specific to the USB-C port and whether or not the 840 G5 has DisplayPort Alternate Mode.

A docking station is not currently something I'm looking for.

Hi Yetry

Did you solve it without a docking station?

Thanks
