Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (7N773AV)

https://imgur.com/a/3CJZig1 Hi, I recently bought the product mentioned, and by recently I mean that my warranty is still active for like a year. I opened it today and it seems to have internal white lines. I am very disappointed for the reason that it is brand new and there is already an issue. It is important to mention that I have barely used it and I have no idea where those lines came from or what they mean. would love suggestions and if I need to go to a repair center. Plus would I need to pay for this service if I still have my warranty active? (It is after all a faulty product). Thank you very much for any insight.
