This is not a new issue and several others are having the same problem with Spectre x360 computers. I have no doubt that this is some type of faulty manufacturing and should be recalled. We are on our second computer and after about 3 months of use, the streaking started AGAIN! We run a small business using this computer and time is money. We invested a nice penny into this purchase and are highly disappointed in the quality. Needless to say, we will be submitting yet again another ticket with HP. We purchased a warranty, but the first issue happened within the company warranty timeframe.

Mine acted up after a Microsoft update (I believe that is what caused it) a few days later it was back to normal.
Don't think laptop fixed it self, it maybe a driver issue with certain updates.
I run win10 on my machine.
