Product: Example: Pavilion cs3005ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the Hp pavillion Cs 3005ne laptop. Within 7 days the display screen was flickering while on zoom and eventually caused the whole screen to blackout. I had to boot the laptop to access the screen again. After reporting the issue where i bought the laptop they diagnosed the laptop and was replaced with a new on. I have been using the new laptop for almost a month now and the issue is back. With the current situation my work and studies demands use of Zoom. The problem always arises when im on zoom. Is there a solution to this or is a laptop related issue?
