Product: Elitbook with z27
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I have a new HP Elitebook with a Thunderbolt usb C port. I'm trying to connect it to an HP z27 monitor. I'm using the usb C cable that came with the monitor. When I plug it in, the computer beeps because it detects the monitor, but the monitor is not able to detect the display. I tried several settings on the monitor to no avail. Please help--thanks!
