Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The  laptop was purchased new 12/31/2019 and the HP warranty checker states that the warranty has expired.  Please resolve the warranty issue so that I can have the laptop repaired  .The touch screen is no longer working.  The touch screen will not work in the BIOS, Windows or repair screens.

The warranty date issue could happen to anyone. It is bad timing that it happened when your notebook started having issues.
