Hello,

I am currently facing an issue where an employee can no longer connect to the screens via the docking station. It is an HP Dock G5. This problem has been occurring for four days; previously, it was working perfectly. The employee tried changing stations with other Dock G5s, and it still did not work. However, testing with a Dock G4 was successful. Moreover, the screens are operational as they are currently connected via HDMI, so the issue stems from the PC configuration with a Dock G5. Additionally, their station and dock work correctly with other computers.

The PC is an HP EliteBook 840 G5.
The screens are HP E24 G5.
The docking station is an HP Dock G5.

The complete update of the PC drivers with HP Image Assistant is done, including restart, checking for updates, and testing with multiple stations.

The problem is 100% with the PC when it is used with a Dock G5.

Awaiting a response to help resolve the issue, I wish you a good day.
