The specs of your machine is

         https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06534854

It has  Intel® UHD Graphics which supports 4K using HDMI 2.0. Your machine has  1 HDMI 1.4b, in theory you can get 4K at 30Hz

                https://www.hdmi.org/spec/hdmi1_4b

But, my testing with Intel® UHD Graphics using HDMI 2.0 port and cable, I could only get 4K at 30Hz. May be due to the implementation of my machine.

I only have one machine with Intel i7-10xxx CPU and I do not bother to use computers to view 4K video. I actually download 4K videos, put to USB and play on my 4K TV's.

Regards.
