What is your HP 14 Laptop PC 14-D5000 (4T801AV) machine ? It could be one of the following combinations

                  https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-14-laptop-pc-14-d5000/2101006183/document/ish_6364329-636437...

No. It ONLY has  (1) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port; 5 Gbps signaling rate (right side) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use

     Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,

Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                    USB to HDMI Adapter

For more connectivity, please use

                         True Universal Docking Stations

Regards.

My machine is using Intel® Core i5-1240P Processor

Did you mean this machine not support:

1. USB-C to HDMI Adapter like this USB-C to HDMI Adapter

2. USB-C to RJ-45 Adapter (All in One Packet) like this USB C HUB Type-C to HDMI USB 3.0 RJ45 Adapter

Then as instead, is i should buy USB-A to HDMI  and USB-A to RJ-45 separately and plug in to both USB-A on my machine, one for HDMI and the second USB for RJ45?
