Product: HP Laptop 14-dq2043cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Hi,

 

I have the HP 14-dq2043cl laptop.  I would like to connect it to two external displays. I could not verify whether its USB-C port supports alternate Displayport or not.  Could I connect it to an external monitor using USB-C to HDMI cable? If not, would a docking station work for that purpose?

It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine
  • Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter
