Hi I've been running Windows 10 on my Pavilion 15 notebook for a while (at least a year) but I'm now getting error messages from a couple of applications (Now TV and Roblox) telling me my graphics drivers are not up to date. I can see newer drivers for Intel HD graphics on the intel site but it won't install them because it says bespoke HP versions of graphics drivers are already installed. Any ideas?

Another option is to go to HP Customer Support where you can download drivers for your specific product.

OK so I checked for updates using support assistant (all up to date) then went to the drivers section in the support pages for my notebook. I tried to install the latest graphics driver from there but gor an Intel error message
"Error: A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel® Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel® driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver can cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer."
The Intel HD graphics driver I have installed is 10.18.15.4248 which looks like the latest HP release but not the latest Intel release for HD graphics.
