Folgendes Problem: HP Elite X360 1040 G9 (Windows 10 Enterprise) wird an HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2 angeschlossen, die beiden am G2 angehängten HP Bildschirme erhalten aber kein Signal. Das Notebook wird jedoch mit Strom über die G2 versorgt.
Wenn ich nun einen anderen PC anhänge, klappt alles wunderbar und ich habe Signal auf beiden Bildschirmen. Auch wenn ich eine andere Dockingstation (HP Thunderbold Dock 120W G2) dazwischen hänge, klappt es.
Mein zusätzliches Problem: da das HP Elite X360 1040 G9 ein Geschäfts PC ist, kann ich nichts installieren.
Wie kann ich dieses Problem beheben? Danke für eure Inputs und Ideen!
