Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a question regarding the 840 G2 mousepad versus the 840 G5 mousepad.

On the 840 G2 there were independent buttons above and below the mousepad. These buttons had exactly the same function (orange dots left screen shot) like the right and left buttons on a mouse.

On the 840 G5, there are independent buttons at the top of the mousepad and integrated buttons at the bottom of the mousepad (respectively orange dots and green dots right screen shot).

Unfortunately, after many attempts, I have not succeeded in the available Windows configurations to get the same function on upper and lower buttons on the mousepad in the 840 G5, so the buttons works exactly in the same way as in the 840 G2.

How can I configure the mousepad buttons in the 840 G5 so they work exactly the same as in the 840 G2?

The problem is when pushing e.g. the top left button on the 840 G5, then I easily also touch/hit the mousepad, thereby disrupting the desired function. This will not case if the lower integrated buttons in the 840 G5 (green blobs right screen clip) can have the same function as the upper independent buttons (orange dots right screen shot).

New drivers has so far not helped.
