Hey Guys ! How are you ?
Please, I have two models here that are those mentioned in the title.
I'm trying to configure Windows Hello on both, but both show the message: " This option is not currently available ".
He is running Windows 11 version 23H2.
Do you know if, by any chance, it is a flaw or incompatibility with Windows 11?

Go to the System Manager and see if under webcam there is a driver that says HP IR camera. You must have two controllers if you have only one it is because it does not have this function.

We have just confirmed that the G10 line onwards has the Windows Hello option.
